  FAITH-RESILIENCY-PERSERVERANCE
   10 Steps

1.     All things are possible with faith.
        * I will begin each day with his thought. To have faith and truly
believe that all things are possible is a vital key to my well being.

2.     It is not in tragedy that we are defined, but in how we handle it.
        * Everyone at some point in their life has experienced some sort of
tragedy or problems. Instead of blaming my life on someone else's
actions, I will take responsibility for my own life and actions.

3.    To overcome all obstacles and defy the odds is a matter of the mind.
       * It is only an obstacle if I perceive it to be.  I choose to perceive all
things in a positive manner and know that I am capable of great things.

4.     Once faced, fear is welcome, as it allows one to break through to a
higher level of  wisdom and peace within.
        * To face my greatest fears allows me to understand that my fears are
my greatest asset.  For in my fears, I will find the true being of myself.

5.     Loving ones self first is the key to contentment and happiness.
        *  Finding someone or something to love or rescue me will not give me
happiness, peace or  success.  Learning to love myself and respect
myself is necessary for true happiness and peace in life.

6.     A thought can be changed immediately from bad to good, negative to
        positive.
        * The mind is powerful. To change my attitude is as simple as making
           the choice to change it.

7.     To avoid facing life is to deprive ones self from the joys that life has
        to offer.
        * If I allow myself to fall into a dark place and stay there, I will miss
the beautiful place I deserve to be in.

8.     Forgiveness, contentment, and the ability to move forward is wisdom
attained by experiences in our past.
        * To be able to forgive my worst enemy or the betrayal of a false friend
and to forgive myself will allow me to experience life's greatest joys.

9.     Never give up on your dreams or yourself.
         * I will always believe in myself and my abilities.  It is not failure to try
and then not reach the goals I set. I will gain experience that will help
take me where I want to be and deserve to be.

10.   Success is what one perceives it to be.
        * Before I do anything, I must think it, beleive in it, and do it.
